Well, 2020 has really been an absolutely crazy year. Little did I know I would end up purchasing my first home during with everything going on (& what an adventure it would turn out to be). I met with a few agents in the local Clarksville area just based off listing agents on homes I was interested in and none won me over like Mary did with her professionalism/genuine interest in finding the perfect home for me. She could tell I was not 100% ecstatic about the showing we met at and proceeded to ask questions to find out what I was looking for. Within the same day we were able to go view what would later become my future residence. Mary walked me through the entire process, from lender to closing (along with little tips for home maintenance and always had my best interest in mind when negotiating our offer). As with all home purchases, we hit a few snags along the way but Mary always followed up and made sure I was in the loop. I could not be happier with my decision to trust Mary as my agent. Hands down, if you are looking for an agent who can alleviate a lot of the stresses during your home purchase process, Mary McCooley is the one!
